Stawts provides a data-driven sports betting analytics platform covering multiple sports leagues and events. The Service includes custom filters for various sports statistics, historical betting simulations, and advanced analytics tools to help users make more informed betting decisions across different sports.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account using Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Usage Limits

The Service includes usage limits that reset daily. These limits are:
25 simulations per day
We reserve the right to modify these limits at any time.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Stawts and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

6. User Content

You retain any and all of your rights to any content you submit, post or display on or through the Service ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, transmit, and display such content.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Stawts, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
